Building a resilient, sustainable future for Guam by empowering youth through skating

About Us

Guam Skate Network (GSN) is the island’s official skateboarding federation, recognized by the Guam National Olympic Committee (GNOC) and World Skate (WSK), the global governing body for skateboarding.

Our mission is to build a resilient skateboarding community by uniting youth, advocating for local skaters, supporting proper skatepark development, fostering personal growth, and helping our island’s talent reach beyond Guam’s borders.

We do this through:

Community Events – Hosting annual highlights like Go Skate Day Guam, which brings skaters of all ages together in celebration.

Youth Programs – Partnering with initiatives such as the DYA Summer Camp to teach not only skateboarding skills, but also teamwork, discipline, and creativity.

Athlete Development – Providing pathways for local skateboarders to compete internationally, including World Skate Tour stops and Olympic qualifying events.

Skatepark Building & Restoration – Advocating for and creating safe, world-class skateparks and revitalizing existing spaces so every skater has a place to grow.

Community Partnerships – Collaborating with local leaders, businesses, and organizations to ensure skateboarding contributes to the island’s cultural and social fabric.

For us, skateboarding is more than sport- it is a platform for resilience, opportunity, and pride. From grassroots beginnings to the Olympic stage, Guam Skate Network is committed to giving our youth the tools they need to succeed on the board and in life, while showcasing Guam’s talent to the world.
